Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Cancellation and Exchange are possible on our App & Website in some occurrence.
Our pre-orders ship within 7 days (excluding weekends and holidays) of approved purchase from our website.

If you change your mind about the product, you have ordered then you can easily cancel it by visiting My Orders on your Farm Fresh App or Farm Fresh Website in few simple steps :

• Buyers may cancel the order by using the cancellation option on our website within 1 hour of placing an order,
  the order cannot be cancelled after 1 hour of placing the order
• The amount will be credited back to your account within 3 to 4 business days if the payment is made online

After receiving an order if you find your product damaged or rotten then you can exchange your product with few simple steps :

• Product exchange is only applicable if the consumer inserts the proof of product being damaged or rotten by attaching
  a clicked picture of the received product and that also within 8 hours of receiving the product
• The product will be exchanged immediately after approval of the image sent by the consumer.
